Synopsis:  Extremely intoxicated soldier arrested by local law enforcement officers.

Officers Martin and Fisher arrested one of Uncle Sam’s soldier boys at a late hour last night.  He was so very drunk that when found he was all tangled up and had to be carried to the cooler.  He will have to use a hat stretcher this morning in order to make his cap fit.
